MADE IN GERMANY: The diconfa Profiline RUBBER PLUS splinter guard is manufactured in Germany and made from particularly firm, durable hard rubber. The black material is self-adhesive and equipped with a red TESA-FIX adhesive without mesh reinforcement. The splinter guard is suitable for guide rails from numerous brands such as Festo, Festool, Makita, Metabo, Scheppach, DeWalt and many others.

SPARE PART: The Profiline RUBBER PLUS splinter guard is suitable as a replacement for worn or damaged anti-splinter strips on guide rails and helps achieve clean, precise cut edges without tear-out. The particularly firm hard rubber enhances the protective effect, is highly resistant, does not scratch and is designed for a long service life. The high-quality TESA-FIX adhesive ensures permanently strong and reliable adhesion.

CUSTOM SIZE: The self-adhesive Profiline RUBBER PLUS splinter guard is available in lengths from 250 mm to 10,000 mm, with a width of 22 mm and a thickness of 2 mm.

EASY INSTALLATION: First, completely remove the old splinter guard and carefully clean the surface of any adhesive residue to ensure optimum adhesion. Then carefully remove the protective film, using a knife if necessary. Apply the self-adhesive RUBBER PLUS strip flush with the edge of the guide rail, press it down firmly and finally cut it in with the saw at its maximum cutting depth. This creates a precise fit and a clean cut edge.

NOTE: Profiline RUBBER PLUS combines particularly firm hard rubber with a strong red TESA-FIX adhesive without mesh reinforcement. This gives the PLUS version particularly reliable and durable adhesion to the guide rail.
