We stand for precision manufacturing, material expertise, and a strong customer focus. In technical applications, it is often not enough to order just any material in a standard format. A rubber mat, gasket, plastic cut-to-size part, or metal component must perform in its intended application: it must fit, protect, seal, cushion, support, isolate, decouple, insulate, or secure.
This is exactly where we come in. We do not simply sell technical materials; we help our customers find the right solutions for specific applications. This may be a single cut-to-size part for a workshop, a recurring supply for commercial requirements, or a custom-manufactured component produced according to a technical drawing.
diconfa manufactures custom technical materials for industry, trade, crafts, construction, and private customers. We combine a broad product range with digital configuration tools, personal consultation, and manufacturing in Germany.
For our customers, custom manufacturing primarily means less rework, less waste, and more efficient use of materials. Instead of purchasing large standard-sized sheets and cutting them themselves, customers receive a product that is as close as possible to their exact requirements.
What We Do
Cut-to-Size Parts, Semi-Finished Products, and Finished Components
At diconfa GmbH, we specialize in the production, processing, and distribution of technical semi-finished products and finished components. Our product range includes materials and products made from rubber, plastics, metal, foam, and sealing materials.
These include, among others, custom rubber mats, rubber strips, gaskets, sealing tapes, plastic sheets, plastic profiles, metal cut-to-size parts, foam solutions, and technical finished components. The diconfa website features key product categories such as rubber mats, rubber strips, gaskets, plastics, metals, foams, and finished parts.
Our products are used in a wide variety of applications, including floor protection, anti-slip solutions, sealing, vibration damping, edge protection, support layers, protective coverings, insulation, and technical components. Depending on the material, thickness, shape, and surface finish, our products can be tailored to meet private, commercial, or industrial requirements.
Manufacturing Based on Dimensions or Technical Drawings
We produce both simple cut-to-size parts and complex custom components. Customers can specify dimensions, materials, shapes, and quantities, or submit technical drawings. Drawing-based parts can currently be requested through an inquiry; the diconfa website also offers custom-made 2D and 3D rubber, plastic, and metal components manufactured to customer specifications.
Our goal is to provide technical materials in a form that can be used as directly as possible. This reduces post-processing work for customers and simplifies procurement—especially when dimensions, material properties, or quantities differ from standard products.
Whether it is a single item, a small batch, recurring requirements, serial production, or a long-term supply agreement, we design our processes to ensure that materials are available exactly when and how they are needed.
Our Product and Service Areas

Custom Rubber Mats
We manufacture custom rubber mats for protection, flooring, anti-slip, and vibration-damping applications. Depending on the area of use, they are suitable for industry, trades, vehicles, stables, terraces, workshops, or private applications.
Custom Plastics
Our plastic sheets, plastic strips, profiles, and round rods are cut to size or processed according to customer requirements. They are suitable for construction, protection, cladding, technical applications, workshops, building projects, and custom solutions.
Custom Rubber Strips
Our rubber strips are used wherever materials need to be sealed, protected, cushioned, or separated from one another. They are available in a variety of materials, thicknesses, and specifications, and can be cut to size to suit the intended application.
Custom Metal Components
We supply cut-to-size metal parts and metal profiles for construction, trades, workshops, fabrication, repairs, and industrial applications. Depending on the requirements, materials such as flat steel, round steel, square steel, or aluminum profiles can be selected and manufactured to the appropriate specifications.
Custom Gaskets
We offer gaskets and sealing materials for technical, commercial, and industrial applications. These include solutions for sealing, insulating, protecting, and compensating for tolerances – tailored to the required material, shape, and application.
Foams and Finished Components
Our foams and foam-based solutions are used for cushioning, padding, sealing, protection, and vibration isolation. They are suitable for technical applications as well as individual requirements in commercial environments, workshops, and everyday use.
Quality That Must Perform in Real-World Applications
With technical materials, it is not only the dimensions on paper that matter. What matters most is that the material performs reliably in its intended application. A gasket must provide an effective seal. A mat must protect surfaces or offer slip resistance. A plastic component must maintain its shape and stability. A metal part must be suitable for the intended construction, repair, or technical application.
Our approach to quality is based on three key principles: suitable materials, precise manufacturing, and careful processing. We place great importance on high-quality materials and products, accurate cut-to-size parts, and reliable order fulfillment.
Depending on the material and application, factors such as dimensional accuracy, load-bearing capacity, durability, resistance properties, surface structure, thickness, and tolerances can be critical. Manufacturing with tight tolerances is possible whenever the material, geometry, and production process allow it from a technical standpoint.
We do not make claims about performance that are not supported by the material itself. If an application has specific requirements—such as resistance to oil, weather, pressure, temperature, or chemicals—the appropriate material should be selected carefully or discussed with us in advance.
More Sustainable Through Demand-Driven Manufacturing
When it comes to technical materials, sustainability often begins with a practical approach: reducing unnecessary material consumption. Custom manufacturing helps ensure that only the materials that are actually needed are produced, packaged, and shipped.
If a customer requires a specific size, thickness, or shape, a precisely cut component is often a more efficient solution than purchasing a large standard-sized format that must be modified on-site. This results in less leftover material, less waste, and reduced post-processing work for the customer.

According to customer specifications, diconfa operates an energy-efficient and highly optimized production process, with production waste reportedly below 5%. These figures demonstrate that precision and efficiency can offer not only economic benefits but also environmental advantages.
At the same time, we take a realistic and factual approach: custom manufacturing is not a substitute for a comprehensive sustainability strategy, but it can help reduce material waste and make procurement processes more efficient.
Why diconfa Exists
Many technical materials on the market are offered as standard products: fixed sizes, fixed quantities, and limited customization options. For simple requirements, this may be sufficient. In practice, however, it often leads to challenges such as excess material, unsuitable dimensions, the need for additional cutting and processing, unnecessary waste, and more complicated procurement when custom solutions are required.
diconfa was established to make technical materials more accessible, precise, and customer-focused.
