(Color may vary) SIZES: Available widths: 80, 100, 150, and 200 mm. Thicknesses: 10, 12, 15, and 20 mm. Basic and Premium blades available in lengths from 500 to 10,000 mm, Profiline blades in lengths from 500 to 2,000 mm. PROCESSING: The scraper blades are cut precisely to size and delivered un-drilled. Holes can easily be drilled with standard tools (drill or cordless screwdriver). Accurate, precise, and easy to install. FUNCTIONS: The diconfa scraper blade reliably protects the plow edge, reduces vibration, minimizes wear, and ensures a clean clearing result. Also usable as an impact guard, edging strip, scraper, or wear protection. APPLICATION AREAS: Snow plows, snow blades, shovels, winter service vehicles, tractors, forklifts, trucks, crawlers, excavators, construction machinery, yard and parking area clearing, and industrial facilities. FOR EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY: Ideal as a side guide or wear strip on conveyor belts, scraper, or impact protection in industrial environments (e.g. mining, raw material extraction, waste management, food industry). MATERIAL: Depending on version: rubber, rubber with double fabric reinforcement, or polyurethane (PU). All materials are robust, abrasion-resistant, and temperature-stable. SURFACE: Smooth on both sides, cleanly cut, and ready for installation. COLOR: Black (Basic & Premium) or brown (Profiline, PU) – color variations possible. TOLERANCES: Length/width ±1.5%, thickness ±10% (minimum ±0.2 mm). CUSTOM CUTTING: Can be easily shortened if required. For straight cuts, we recommend using a stable cutting guide or rail. SMELL / MATERIAL NOTE: Rubber may initially have a typical odor that fades over time. For indoor storage, allow to air out in a dry, shaded area. TECHNICAL APPLICATION: Basic for simple applications, Premium for medium-duty use, Profiline (PU) for intensive, long-term use with high wear resistance.
