PROFESSIONAL QUALITY / KEY FUNCTION: This light-coloured EPDM/SBR rubber strip is engineered for medium to high technical demands in both indoor and outdoor environments. The material is virtually odourless, eliminating the need for airing out before use. It is approved for direct food contact and meets stringent regulatory standards, making it suitable for food processing, laboratory, and medical technology applications alongside conventional industrial sealing and protection tasks.

MATERIAL & QUALITY: Manufactured from an EPDM/SBR compound in a natural white colour with smooth surfaces on both sides. The material offers a hardness of approximately 60 +/- 5 Shore A and a specific gravity of 1.50 g/cm³. Tensile strength reaches 5 N/mm² with an elongation at break of 350%. The weight is approximately 1.5 kg per square metre at 1 mm thickness.

ADVANTAGES: This rubber strip provides excellent resistance to UV radiation, ozone, and general weathering, ensuring long-term durability in exposed outdoor installations. The odourless composition makes it equally well-suited for interior applications such as kitchen surfaces, shelving liners, and workbench covers. The material can be easily cut to size with a sharp utility knife and bonded to virtually any clean surface using a suitable adhesive.

APPLICATION AREAS: Indoor uses include furniture pads, laboratory surfaces, kitchen liners, shelf coverings, workbench mats, tool drawer liners, garage floor protection, sealing applications, and medical equipment padding. Outdoor uses include roof and building seals, substructure underlays, terrace pads, ground protection, structural protection, door and gate sealing strips, and trailer bed mats.

STANDARDS & CERTIFICATIONS: The material is FDA-compliant and conforms to EU Regulation 1935/2004 as well as EU Regulation 2023/2006, certifying its suitability for direct contact with foodstuffs. The operating temperature range spans from -30 °C to +100 °C.
