MADE IN GERMANY: The diconfa Profiline RUBBER splinter guard is manufactured in Germany and made from extra-robust solid rubber. The black material is self-adhesive over the entire surface and features a strong adhesive layer with mesh reinforcement as well as easy-release protective paper. The splinter guard is suitable for guide rails from numerous brands such as Festo, Festool, Makita, Metabo, Scheppach and many others.

SPARE PART: The Profiline RUBBER splinter guard is suitable as a replacement for worn or damaged anti-splinter strips on guide rails and helps achieve clean, precise cut edges without tear-out. The extra-robust solid rubber is durable, dimensionally stable and abrasion-resistant. The optimized adhesive surface with mesh reinforcement ensures reliable adhesion while also reducing the accumulation of dust and chips along the edges.

CUSTOM SIZE: The self-adhesive Profiline RUBBER splinter guard is available in lengths from 250 mm to 10,000 mm, with a width of 22 mm and a thickness of 2 mm.

EASY INSTALLATION: First, completely remove the old splinter guard and carefully clean the surface of any adhesive residue to ensure optimum adhesion. Then remove the easy-release protective paper. Apply the self-adhesive Profiline RUBBER strip flush with the edge of the guide rail, press it down firmly and finally cut it in with the saw at its maximum cutting depth. This creates a precise fit and a clean cut edge.

NOTE: Profiline RUBBER is made from extra-robust solid rubber with a mesh-reinforced adhesive layer. The optimized design of the adhesive surface reliably reduces the accumulation of dust and chips along the edges. The Profiline series also includes the Profiline PVC version made from PVC with an adhesive layer without mesh reinforcement. Fully bonded diconfa splinter guard variants are available separately.
