MADE IN GERMANY: The diconfa PREMIUM PVC splinter guard is manufactured in Germany and made from high-quality transparent PVC with a yellow adhesive layer without mesh reinforcement. The material is self-adhesive over the entire surface and is suitable for guide rails from numerous brands such as Festool, Makita, Metabo, Scheppach, DeWalt and many others.

SPARE PART: The PREMIUM PVC splinter guard is suitable as a replacement for worn or damaged anti-splinter strips on guide rails and supports precise, clean cut edges. The durable PVC is dimensionally stable, abrasion-resistant and flexible at the same time, allowing it to fit reliably along the edge of the guide rail. The strong adhesive layer ensures secure adhesion and is designed for a long service life.

CUSTOM SIZE: The PREMIUM PVC splinter guard in yellow, self-adhesive, is available in lengths from 250 mm to 10,000 mm, with a width of 22 mm and a thickness of 2 mm.

EASY INSTALLATION: First, completely remove the old splinter guard and carefully clean the surface of any adhesive residue to ensure optimum adhesion. Then carefully remove the protective film, using a knife if necessary. Apply the self-adhesive PREMIUM PVC strip flush with the edge of the guide rail, press it down firmly and finally cut it in with the saw at its maximum cutting depth. This creates a precise fit and a clean cut edge.

NOTE: The ERGO, TOP, TOP PLUS and PREMIUM models are self-adhesive over the entire surface. As a result, dust and chips may accumulate on the adhesive surface or along the edges. With the diconfa PROFILINE SPLINTER GUARD, this is reliably reduced by the optimized design of the adhesive surface.
