Reinforced with high-quality polyester cross-braiding, the hose is highly pressure-resistant, flexible, and kink-resistant. Suitable for direct food contact according to Regulation (EU) 10/2011, FDA-compliant, FCM- and PAH-free.
AREAS OF APPLICATION: Versatile use in industry, food processing, agriculture, shipping, wind energy, laboratories, and hydraulic systems. Ideal for pumps, dosing and filling systems, compressed air systems, compressors, irrigation systems, aquariums, presses, drains, and wastewater systems. The PVC reinforced hose is suitable for both technical applications and professional use in the food sector.
VARIANTS: The PVC fabric hose is available in lengths from 100 mm to 25,000 mm as well as with inner and outer diameters ranging from 4 mm x 10 mm up to 50 mm x 60 mm.
SUITABLE MEDIA: Suitable for air, water, drinking water, mineral water, argon, juices, fruit juices, lemonades, sweet must, wine, and alcoholic liquids up to 20% vol. alcohol. Also suitable for diluted alkalis and acids. Conditionally suitable for oil and chemical applications. Not suitable for beer dispensing systems or milk.
MATERIAL & PROPERTIES: High-quality transparent PVC with smooth inner and outer surfaces. Highly flexible, dimensionally stable, good media resistance, and high pressure resistance. Clear and transparent for optimal process control.
NOTE: Clean thoroughly before first use. Check suitability for the intended application and media in advance, especially for oil- or chemical-based fluids.
