PROFESSIONAL QUALITY: The SM1 STRAHLMEISTER sandblasting hose, manufactured by Semperit, is engineered for demanding professional sandblasting operations. This premium rubber hose features an exceptionally durable inner lining with an average abrasion value of just 36 mm³ (tested per DIN ISO 4649:2021), placing it among the most wear-resistant sandblasting hoses available. Each hose is precision-cut to your specified length with a positive tolerance.
MATERIAL & QUALITY: The inner tube is constructed from a NR/BR/SBR rubber blend, black, smooth-bore, and electrically conductive to prevent dangerous electrostatic charge buildup. The outer cover consists of SBR rubber with a fabric-imprinted surface, offering excellent resistance to ozone and weathering. The entire hose construction is antistatic, ensuring safe handling of abrasive media in all working conditions.
ADVANTAGES: This hose delivers an extremely long service life thanks to its highly abrasion-resistant inner lining. The antistatic design provides reliable protection against electrostatic discharge during sandblasting operations. It withstands operating temperatures ranging from −35 °C to +80 °C, making it suitable for use in harsh environments and varying climate conditions throughout the year.
APPLICATIONS: Designed for conveying highly abrasive blasting media such as quartz sand, steel grit, corundum, and glass granulate. Typical use cases include surface preparation and cleaning of automotive parts, machine components, and steel structures, as well as paint removal and residue cleaning on facades and walls.
STANDARDS & TESTING: Manufactured in compliance with EN ISO 3861. The inner lining abrasion resistance is verified according to DIN ISO 4649:2021 with an average result of 36 mm³. The hose meets antistatic requirements for safe operation in sandblasting environments.
TECHNICAL DATA: Inner tube material: NR/BR/SBR, black, smooth, electrically conductive. Outer cover material: SBR, black, fabric-imprinted, ozone- and weather-resistant, antistatic. Temperature range: −35 °C to +80 °C. Average abrasion: 36 mm³ (DIN ISO 4649:2021).
VARIANTS: Available inner diameters: 13 mm, 19 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 38 mm, 42 mm, 55 mm, 66 mm, 77 mm, and 88 mm. Custom-cut lengths from 10 cm to 4000 cm (0.1 m to 40 m). Each hose is cut to order in the selected diameter and wall thickness combination.
