MATERIAL AND QUALITY: Constructed from high-grade PVC, this hose combines excellent flexibility with robust durability. The material is weather-resistant and abrasion-resistant, ensuring a long service life in both indoor and outdoor environments. The hose is compliant with food-contact regulations according to EU 10/2011 and FDA standards, and it is PAH-free and KTW-certified. It maintains its properties across a temperature range of -20 to +60 degrees Celsius.
ADVANTAGES: The hose offers outstanding pressure resistance while remaining highly flexible and torsion-proof. Its kink-resistant construction simplifies installation and handling in tight spaces. The transparent, clear wall provides full visibility of the conveyed medium, making it easy to detect blockages or contamination. AREAS OF APPLICATION: This versatile PVC hose is suitable for use in food processing, beverage dispensing (juices, lemonade, sweet must, wine, alcoholic liquids up to 20 vol%), aquariums, terrariums, laboratory setups, dosing and filling systems, compressed air systems, compressors, irrigation, drainage, pumps, ventilation, wind energy installations, and general industrial or household applications. It is not suitable for beer dispensing systems or milk.
STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATIONS: The hose meets the requirements of EU Regulation 10/2011 for food contact materials. It is FDA-compliant and FCM-certified. Additionally, it is PAH-free and carries KTW certification for drinking water applications.
TECHNICAL DATA: Inner diameter range: 2 to 50 mm. Outer diameter range: 4 to 60 mm. Wall thickness: varies by size (1 mm for the 6/8 mm variant). Operating temperature: -20 to +60 degrees Celsius. Material: transparent PVC. Colour: clear/transparent.
VARIANTS: This hose is available in inner/outer diameter combinations ranging from 2/4 mm to 50/60 mm. Lengths are available from 10 cm to 5000 cm (50 m). This allows precise selection of the right hose dimension and length for every specific application requirement.
