Satin Table Protector with 45° Beveled Edge Cut to Size

PROFESSIONAL QUALITY / CORE FUNCTION: This satin-finish table protector with a frosted glass appearance reliably protects sensitive table surfaces from scratches, dirt, and mechanical wear. Thanks to the precisely beveled 45° V-edge, the protector blends seamlessly into the tabletop. Production and processing are carried out entirely in Germany. The material is suitable for direct food contact.

MATERIAL & QUALITY: The protective cover is made of high-quality flexible PVC with a thickness of 2 mm. Both sides feature a lightly textured (matte) surface, creating the characteristic frosted-glass appearance. The millimeter-precise machine cutting process takes into account seasonal shrinkage tolerances of 1–3 mm. The operating temperature range is from −15 °C to +60 °C.

ADVANTAGES: The matte finish on both sides completely prevents air bubbles from forming between the protector and the tabletop. Thanks to the satin finish, the cover is particularly scratch-resistant and visually resembles a frosted glass panel. It also provides sound-dampening properties, helping to protect dishes and tableware. The PVC material is tear-resistant, UV-resistant, weather-resistant, and virtually odorless after a short airing period.

APPLICATION AREAS: The satin-finish table protector is particularly suitable for glass surfaces, high-gloss finishes, lacquered surfaces, natural stone, and other smooth tabletops. It can be used permanently both indoors and outdoors. Typical applications include use as a table protector, scratch guard, underlay, or cover for dining tables, conference tables, and worktops.

STANDARDS & TESTING: The table protector is approved for direct food contact. Manufacturing takes place in Germany under controlled quality standards.

SIZE SELECTION NOTICE: As a general rule, we assume that the table protector will be used indoors. The production process already takes the material's shrinkage tolerance into account for indoor use. If the table is located outdoors and exposed to direct sunlight, we recommend ordering the table protector approximately 1% larger to compensate for potential material changes caused by heat and sun exposure.

VARIANTS: The table protector can be individually configured. Widths are available from 100 mm to 1,500 mm, and lengths from 100 mm to 4,500 mm. The protector is cut precisely to the specified dimensions.

Please note that printed surfaces such as paper or newspapers may cause discoloration when left in prolonged contact with PVC, as plasticizers can dissolve color pigments and transfer them into the material. This effect is intensified by longer exposure times and higher temperatures.
