100% QUALITY: The SBR rubber strip is weatherproof, durable, flexible, and versatile. The narrow rubber mats are smooth on both sides, can be easily bonded, and are manufactured in Germany.

FUNCTIONS: The diconfa rubber profiles can be used in industry, logistics, commercial, and private applications (e.g., padding, underlay, decoupling, insulation, soundproofing, damping, seals, etc.).

ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS: At "diconfa – digital configuration factory," rubber strips are available in widths from 8 mm to 1200 mm and lengths up to 10 m, as well as in other materials (EPDM, NBR, etc.).

TOLERANCES: The strips have a thickness tolerance of +/- 10 %, but at least +/- 0.2 mm. The width tolerance is +/- 1.5 %, and the length tolerance is +2 %.

CUSTOM CUTTING: The strips can be cut individually using a sharp utility knife. For straight cuts, we recommend using a template or guide rail.

BONDING: The material can be bonded to almost any surface using a suitable adhesive. Make sure the surface is clean.

RUBBER ODOR / VENTILATION: Rubber has a characteristic odor, similar to that of new car tires. This will dissipate over time. For indoor use, longer ventilation outdoors (flat, frost-free, and protected from sunlight) is recommended. For odor-sensitive individuals, EPDM is recommended for indoor use as it has a significantly milder smell.

TECHNICAL APPLICATION: The SBR rubber strips are designed for simple technical applications without high requirements for chemical resistance, temperature, etc.

SKIN CONTACT: The material is not intended for applications involving direct contact with human skin.
