100% QUALITY: The diconfa flange gasket is made of high-quality EPDM/SBR rubber and is precisely manufactured in Germany. The material offers excellent elasticity, pressure resistance and long-lasting durability. The gaskets are precisely cut and available in sizes from DN15 to DN500 – suitable for standardized flange connections.
FUNCTIONS: This is a high-quality branded product for reliable sealing of bolted flange connections. The gasket prevents the leakage of liquids, gases and vapors and is suitable for numerous indoor and outdoor applications. Also ideal as a replacement gasket for existing systems.
PROPERTIES: EPDM/SBR rubber with a thickness of 3 mm and a hardness of approx. 70 Shore A. The number and size of holes depend on the respective DIN standards (e.g. DIN 86071). The material offers high pressure and temperature resistance as well as good mechanical strength. EPDM is resistant to UV radiation, ozone and weathering as well as many acids and bases, while SBR is characterized by high abrasion resistance.
APPLICATION AREAS: The flange gasket is ideal for sealing pipelines, flange connections, hose connections, couplings and flange joints in industry, mechanical engineering, sanitary systems as well as water and wastewater systems, heating and plumbing installations. Suitable for DN15 to DN500 with variable inner and outer diameters. Dry and easy installation without additional sealing agents – tighten bolts in a controlled manner, usually no retightening required, low-maintenance and reliable in use.
