PROFESSIONAL QUALITY: At 200 × 200 mm, this terrace pad provides a generous bearing surface for professional installations that demand maximum load distribution. Manufactured in Germany from PU-bonded recycled rubber granulate with a one-sided aluminium lamination, it permanently prevents plasticiser migration. The waterproof, UV-resistant, rot-proof and highly slip-resistant material delivers dependable performance in tough outdoor settings.

MATERIAL & QUALITY: The pad is made of 100% recycled rubber granulate bonded with polyurethane, giving its large 200 × 200 mm surface exceptional firmness and durability. One side is laminated with aluminium foil that blocks plasticiser migration. The material is produced in Germany from high-quality production remnants and remains stable across a temperature range of -30°C to +120°C.

ADVANTAGES: The large footprint spreads loads over a wide area, reducing point pressure on the substrate. The heavy, elastic rubber stays firmly positioned through strong anti-slip properties, while surface irregularities are reliably compensated by the flexible composition. The aluminium lamination shields adjacent components from plasticiser transfer, extends the service life of pedestal supports and tile bearings, and prevents rattling noises.

AREAS OF APPLICATION: The 200 × 200 mm pad serves as a protective underlay for wooden substructures, pedestal supports, tile bearings, paving stones and concrete elements on terraces and balconies. It functions as an elastic, tear-resistant separation layer and protective mat and is well suited to impact sound insulation, surface protection and ground protection beneath scaffolding and construction equipment.

STANDARDS & TESTING: Manufactured in Germany according to the established Kraitec quality standards. Composed of 100% recycled rubber granulate, the pad meets environmental sustainability requirements. Proven rot-resistance and long-term weather stability ensure reliable outdoor performance in the full 200 × 200 mm size.
