PROFESSIONAL QUALITY / CORE FUNCTION: This aluminium-laminated building protection mat from diconfa serves as a reliable plasticizer migration barrier between rubber granulate surfaces and sensitive substrates. The bonded aluminium foil layer prevents the transfer of softening agents, ensuring long-term material integrity in both interior and exterior installations. Manufactured in Germany to exacting standards.

MATERIAL & QUALITY: The mat consists of recycled rubber granulate (regenerate) with a factory-applied aluminium foil lamination on one side. The rubber compound is inherently non-slip, step-safe, UV-resistant, weatherproof, and rot-proof. It withstands continuous operating temperatures ranging from −30 °C to +80 °C and supports heavy static and dynamic loads without deformation.

ADVANTAGES: The aluminium lamination acts as an effective diffusion barrier, preventing plasticizer migration into roofing membranes, bitumen sheets, or PVC liners. The mat provides reliable decoupling and protective separation while maintaining a secure, anti-slip surface. Its weather-resistant composition ensures durable outdoor performance without degradation from moisture, frost, or prolonged sun exposure.

APPLICATION AREAS: Suitable as a protective underlayer in direct contact with roofing membranes, bitumen, and PVC waterproofing systems. Commonly used as a substructure pad for terrace pedestal supports and slab bearers, as a separation layer beneath photovoltaic and balcony solar installations, and as ground protection under garden structures, pools, and similar outdoor equipment. Also serves as a decoupling and protective layer on flat roofs, terraces, and balconies.

STANDARDS & COMPLIANCE: Designed for use in accordance with DIN 18531, DIN 18533, DIN 18535, and the German Flat Roof Directive (Flachdach-Richtlinie). These standards govern waterproofing of roofs, ground-contact structures, and water-retaining assemblies respectively.

TECHNICAL DATA: Width: 200 mm - 1.500 mm (150 cm). Thickness range: 3 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm. Length range: 0.05 m to 10 m. Material: rubber granulate (regenerate) with aluminium foil lamination. Temperature resistance: −30 °C to +80 °C. Made in Germany.
