The dense granulate composition withstands heavy loads up to 250 t/m², resists rot, and remains dimensionally stable under sustained pressure. The material is classified as flame-retardant and maintains full functionality across a temperature range from -40 degrees C to +120 degrees C.

ADVANTAGES: The anti-slip rubber strips provide reliable water and vapour permeability, effectively preventing moisture accumulation beneath decking boards and substructures. This ensures adequate ventilation, which significantly extends the service life of wooden terrace planks.
