PROFESSIONAL QUALITY: The 180 × 180 mm terrace pad offers a balanced mid-size footprint for professional terrace and balcony construction. Produced in Germany from PU-bonded recycled rubber granulate with a single-sided aluminium lamination, it reliably prevents plasticiser migration over long service periods. The material remains waterproof, UV-resistant, rot-proof and highly slip-resistant even under demanding outdoor conditions.

MATERIAL & QUALITY: This pad is built from 100% recycled rubber granulate held together by polyurethane bonding, delivering firmness and durability across its 180 × 180 mm surface. One face carries an aluminium foil that acts as a barrier against plasticiser migration. The German-made material originates from high-quality production remnants and performs from -30°C to +120°C.

ADVANTAGES: With its medium bearing area, this pad distributes loads effectively while its heavy, elastic body resists sliding thanks to strong anti-slip characteristics. The flexible composition levels out surface irregularities, and the aluminium layer protects adjacent building components from plasticiser transfer. There are no sharp edges, and rattling noises at supports are effectively suppressed.

AREAS OF APPLICATION: The 180 × 180 mm size suits wooden substructures, pedestal supports, tile bearings, paving stones and concrete elements on terraces and balconies. It acts as an elastic, tear-resistant separation layer and protective mat, and further serves for impact sound insulation, surface protection and ground protection beneath scaffolding and construction equipment.

STANDARDS & TESTING: Made in Germany according to the established Kraitec quality standards. Composed entirely of recycled rubber granulate, it satisfies environmental sustainability requirements. Its proven rot-resistance and long-term weather stability guarantee dependable outdoor use in the 180 × 180 mm format.
