PROFESSIONAL QUALITY: In the compact 160 × 160 mm format, these rubber terrace pads combine German manufacturing precision with dependable outdoor durability. Made from PU-bonded recycled rubber granulate and finished with a one-sided aluminium lamination, they permanently block plasticiser migration. Their waterproof, UV-resistant and rot-proof nature makes them a practical choice wherever a smaller footprint is required without compromising load support.

MATERIAL & QUALITY: Each pad consists of 100% recycled rubber granulate bonded with polyurethane, giving the smaller 160 × 160 mm size notable firmness for its footprint. The aluminium foil applied to one face forms a reliable barrier against plasticiser transfer. Produced in Germany from selected high-quality production remnants, the material withstands temperatures from -30°C to +120°C.

ADVANTAGES: The compact dimensions make this pad especially suitable for confined bearing points and closely spaced pedestal supports. Its heavy yet elastic composition holds firmly in place thanks to strong anti-slip properties, while surface irregularities are evenly compensated. The aluminium lamination prevents plasticiser transfer to neighbouring components and helps eliminate rattling noises at each support point.

AREAS OF APPLICATION: The 160 × 160 mm pad works as a protective underlay beneath pedestal supports, tile bearings, paving stones and concrete elements on terraces and balconies where space is limited. It serves as an elastic, tear-resistant separation layer and also functions as ground protection under scaffolding, supports and construction equipment.

STANDARDS & TESTING: Manufactured in Germany in line with established Kraitec quality standards. The 100% recycled rubber granulate meets environmental sustainability requirements, while proven rot-resistance and weather stability ensure lasting outdoor reliability in this compact size.
