Round Soft PVC Table Protector 90° (L-Edge) - crystal clear made to measure

TRANSPARENT TABLE PROTECTION: This round table protector combines reliable surface protection with a completely transparent appearance. The grain, colours and structures of the tabletop underneath remain visible thanks to the crystal-clear finish. At the same time, the material protects against scratches, abrasion, dirt and everyday mechanical stress.

INDIVIDUALLY MADE IN GERMANY: The protective cover is machine-cut according to the selected size and precisely adjusted to the required diameter. Processing takes place in Germany. Thanks to the custom sizing, the film is suitable both for small surfaces and for larger round dining or conference tables.

CRYSTAL-CLEAR SURFACE: The transparent flexible PVC allows the original appearance of the table to remain fully visible. The film is therefore particularly suitable for wooden surfaces, decorative tabletops and surfaces made of plastic or metal. On glass, high-gloss, lacquered or exceptionally smooth surfaces, visible adhesion marks or air bubbles may occur. For such surfaces, the satin-finished version is more suitable.

90-DEGREE L-EDGE: The continuous 90-degree L-edge is cleanly finished as part of the machine cutting process. It complements the round shape with a straight and precise edge finish and is an integral part of this product variant.

ROBUST AND VERSATILE: The flexible PVC used is characterised by high tear resistance, flexibility and a long service life. It is UV-resistant and weather-resistant and can therefore be used both indoors and outdoors. The permitted operating temperature range is between -15 °C and +60 °C.

EASY TO CLEAN: Dust, liquid residues and common household dirt can be wiped away quickly. In addition to scratch protection, the table protector also offers sound- and impact-dampening properties. Any material-specific odour that may occur after opening the packaging largely dissipates within a short period of time. Curves caused by transport can be reduced by carefully rolling the film in the opposite direction.

TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Flexible PVC, round, crystal clear and transparent. Edge shape: 90 degrees (L-edge). Available material thicknesses: 1.5 mm to 10 mm. Available diameter: 10 cm to 150 cm. Operating temperature: -15 °C to +60 °C. The material is FCM-approved and suitable for food contact.

NOTE ON SIZE SELECTION: Due to the nature of the material, flexible PVC has what is known as a memory effect. When exposed to heat, particularly direct sunlight and high temperatures, the film may shrink slightly over time. The extent of this effect depends on the respective temperature and environmental conditions and therefore cannot be predicted precisely. The table protector is cut to the ordered dimensions in accordance with our applicable tolerances; during production, an attempt is made to take possible shrinkage into account. As this is a natural characteristic of the material and the actual dimensional change depends on the respective conditions of use, we cannot guarantee that the dimensions of the table protector will remain permanently unchanged.

For permanent outdoor use and exposure to direct sunlight, it may be advisable to order the table protector approximately 1% larger as a precaution in order to account for possible material-related dimensional changes. No size adjustment is necessary for indoor use.

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the lighting conditions, transparent PVC may show a slight bluish or yellowish tint. Printing inks from newspapers, brochures or similar printed materials may transfer onto the material when placed directly on it or left in contact for extended periods.
