PROFESSIONAL QUALITY / CORE FUNCTION: Rigid PVC solid sheet in black with a silky matte, pore-free smooth surface. The material is cut precisely to size and designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. A protective film on one side reliably protects the surface during transport and processing.
MATERIAL & QUALITY: Black industrial-grade rigid PVC as a solid sheet material. The material is characterized by normal impact resistance, high durability, and excellent chemical resistance. The sawing tolerance is +/-2 mm. Storage-related marks on the material are possible.
ADVANTAGES: The black rigid PVC sheet offers excellent weldability and adhesive properties. It can easily be printed and painted and is permanently resistant to light and weather influences. The self-extinguishing material is certified as flame-retardant according to DIN 4102 B1. Machining processes such as sawing, milling, and drilling are best carried out with suitable cooling.
APPLICATION AREAS: Mechanical engineering, plant and apparatus construction, air conditioning and ventilation technology, window and door installation, wall and façade elements, construction engineering, exhibition stand construction, drywall construction, furniture manufacturing, carpentry, staircase construction, handrails, model making, sanitary and installation technology, food processing technology, pumps and valve bodies, electrical insulators, home and garden, as well as repair and maintenance.
STANDARDS & TESTS: Flame-retardant according to DIN 4102 B1. Self-extinguishing material with very good chemical resistance.
TECHNICAL DATA: Material: Rigid PVC (PVC-U), color: black, surface: silky matte, pore-free smooth, protective film: one-sided, thickness: 1–10 mm, width: 100–1000 mm, length: 100–2000 mm, sawing tolerance: +/-2 mm.
VARIANTS: The black sheet is available in thicknesses from 1 mm to 10 mm (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10 mm). Available formats (width x length) start at 100 x 100 mm and go up to 1000 x 2000 mm. The desired format can be configured by selecting thickness and sheet dimensions.
