Properties and materials of the square rubber mat

Our square rubber mats are made of high-quality rubber compounds such as SBR, NBR or EPDM. The smooth surface on both sides offers even contact, easy cleaning and high dimensional stability. Ideal when profiles are in the way or not necessary. EPDM in particular offers UV and weather resistance, NBR provides excellent resistance to oil and chemicals, while SBR is particularly robust and cost-effective.

Areas of application for the square rubber mat

The smooth rubber mats are used in areas such as: 

  • in mechanical and plant engineering as a base or seal 
  • workshop and floor surfaces, when smooth, profile-free floors are desired
  • vehicle areas, trunk or trailers 
  • indoor spaces, for sensitive floors or installations 
  • as protective mats, insulation or intermediate layers during assembly or transport
