PROFESSIONAL QUALITY: The diconfa VDE insulating mat made of high-quality SBR rubber provides reliable protection when working on electrical systems. This durable electrician rubber mat is dielectric strength tested up to 30,000 volts (30 kV) and complies with DIN EN 60243-1:2014 and VDE 0303/21. Manufactured from robust industrial rubber, it offers high load capacity, long service life and professional quality for daily use in industry and trade.
APPLICATION AREAS: Ideal as an electrical insulating mat for switchgear, control rooms, test rooms, generators, electrical machines, server rooms, high-voltage applications or in front of control cabinets. The insulating rubber mat reduces the risk of electric shock and ensures a safe, slip-resistant standing surface when working on electrical installations.
VARIANTS: Available in many custom sizes. Width from 50 mm to 1,200 mm and length from 50 mm to 10,000 mm. Delivered rolled and precisely cut to your selection.
MATERIAL & PROPERTIES: High-quality SBR rubber with a thickness of 3 mm. The top side features a fine ribbed structure for secure footing, while the underside has an anti-slip structure. The mat is non-conductive, shock-absorbing and insulating, as well as resistant to mechanical stress. Weight approx. 3.8 kg/m². Temperature range from -30 °C to +70 °C. Hardness approx. 65 Shore A ±5, tensile strength approx. 3.5 MPa, elongation at break approx. 250%.
YOUR ADVANTAGES: The slip-resistant surface ensures safe footing while also providing sound dampening and insulation. Liquids can be drained via the surface structure. The mat is versatile, durable, robust and can be bonded to various surfaces if required.
NOTE: The rubber mat can be cut with a sharp utility knife if needed. For precise cuts, a template or guide rail is recommended. A slight rubber odor may occur after unpacking, which dissipates quickly. Airing it out – ideally outdoors – can speed up the process. Production-related tolerances in length and width may be up to ±1.5%.
