PROFESSIONAL QUALITY / CORE FUNCTION: The red version of the diconfa PVC safety mat combines high visibility with reliable slip resistance on surfaces threatened by water, ice, snow, frost, or moisture. Its upper side is coated with grippy PVC granules that maintain secure footing in difficult weather. Made in Germany to precise standards, each mat is cut to the exact size you order.
MATERIAL AND QUALITY: Construction is based on a fiberglass yarn core laminated on both sides with a slip-resistant PVC coating, topped by a PVC granule layer for added grip. The thickness measures 6 mm to 7 mm. An open surface structure allows water to pass through the mat, avoiding accumulation and speeding up drying. In its signal red finish the material remains UV-resistant, weatherproof, rot-proof, and low-odour, so it performs equally well inside and outdoors.
ADVANTAGES: The mat lays itself flat and bears load immediately without any fixing. It operates dependably from -25 degrees Celsius to +60 degrees Celsius and is cleaned simply with water. You can shape it on site with a utility knife and straight edge, glue it down with standard PVC adhesive, and roll it up for compact storage.
AREAS OF USE: The bold red colour draws attention, making it a strong choice for marking hazard zones, entrance areas, staircases, and walkways that turn slippery from water, moisture, ice, or snow. It is equally at home on driveways, terraces, balconies, company premises, bus stops, railway platforms, pool surrounds, boat landings, bridges, garden paths, and beach areas requiring sinking protection.
STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATIONS: The mat is IFA-certified for slip resistance class R13 with displacement volume V10 and certified by EMPA as a floor covering with enhanced slip resistance rated Gs4. iff fire testing confirms its flame-retardant classification, and SKZ has certified its lightfastness.
TECHNICAL DATA: Material composition: fiberglass yarn with double-sided PVC coating and PVC granule surface. Thickness: 6 mm to 7 mm. Operating temperature range: -25 degrees Celsius to +60 degrees Celsius. Slip resistance: R13 / V10. Fire classification: flame-retardant. Colour: red. A total of 4 colours are available: grey (salt and pepper), anthracite, red and beige.
VARIANTS: Offered as a custom cut with widths from 0.1 m to 1.8 m and lengths from 0.1 m to 10 m, each mat produced to your precise measurements.
