PROFESSIONAL QUALITY / CORE FUNCTION: Manufactured in Germany, this beige PVC safety mat from diconfa delivers dependable slip resistance wherever surfaces turn hazardous through water, ice, snow, frost, or moisture. Grippy PVC granules bonded to the upper side keep footing secure even in poor weather, and each mat is precision-cut to the dimensions you specify.
MATERIAL AND QUALITY: A fiberglass yarn core forms the backbone of the mat and is laminated on both faces with a slip-resistant PVC coating. The upper side carries a PVC granule layer that increases traction. With a thickness between 6 mm and 7 mm and an open surface structure, water drains through freely, preventing pooling and encouraging fast drying. The neutral beige material is UV-resistant, weatherproof, rot-proof, and low-odour, suiting both indoor and outdoor use.
ADVANTAGES: Self-laying and ready to bear load the moment it is placed, the mat needs no fixing. It tolerates operating temperatures from -25 degrees Celsius to +60 degrees Celsius and is easily cleaned with water. On site it can be trimmed with a utility knife and straight edge, bonded with standard PVC adhesive, and rolled up for storage.
AREAS OF USE: The beige tone blends discreetly into paved and natural settings, making it well suited to entrance areas, terraces, garden paths, pool surrounds, and walkways that become slippery from water, moisture, ice, or snow. Further applications include driveways, company premises, bus stops, railway platforms, balconies, boat landings, bridges, staircases, and beach areas needing sinking protection.
STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATIONS: The mat carries an IFA certificate for slip resistance class R13 with displacement volume V10. EMPA certifies it as a floor covering with enhanced slip resistance rated Gs4. Fire testing by iff confirms its flame-retardant classification, and lightfastness has been certified by SKZ.
TECHNICAL DATA: Material composition: fiberglass yarn with double-sided PVC coating and PVC granule surface. Thickness: 6 mm to 7 mm. Operating temperature range: -25 degrees Celsius to +60 degrees Celsius. Slip resistance: R13 / V10. Fire classification: flame-retardant. Colour: beige. A total of 4 colours are available: grey (salt and pepper), anthracite, red and beige.
VARIANTS: Supplied in custom-cut dimensions, with widths from 0.1 m to 1.8 m and lengths from 0.1 m to 10 m. Every mat is cut precisely to your stated measurements.
