PROFESSIONAL QUALITY / CORE FUNCTION: This heavy-duty rubber conveyor belt from diconfa features an EP 400/3 construction with three textile plies and a belt strength of 400 N/mm. Designed for dependable material transport in industrial conveyor systems, the 3+2 mm rubber cover protects the internal reinforcement layers and delivers a durable, load-bearing surface for continuous operation.
MATERIAL & QUALITY: The belt is built as a multi-ply EP fabric belt with three embedded textile plies that form a stable tension-bearing structure. The upper cover consists of 3 mm rubber while the lower cover measures 2 mm, resulting in a total belt thickness of 8 mm. This layered construction provides an effective balance of tensile strength, flexibility, and abrasion resistance suited to demanding conveying tasks.
ADVANTAGES: The three-ply textile reinforcement ensures reliable tensile load distribution across the full belt width. With a rated belt strength of 400 N/mm, the conveyor belt handles substantial material loads over extended operating periods. The rubber covers on both sides shield the internal plies against wear, impact, and moisture. The belt can be fabricated into an endless loop depending on the specific requirements of the conveyor installation.
APPLICATION AREAS: This conveyor belt is used in recycling plants for transporting recyclable materials and waste fractions.
