PROFESSIONAL QUALITY / CORE FUNCTION: Precision machine-cut circular rubber protection mat manufactured in Germany. The round shape ensures an exact fit for applications requiring disc-shaped protective underlays. Made from 100% recycled rubber granulate bonded with polyurethane, this mat provides reliable surface protection, vibration decoupling, and mechanical cushioning across a wide temperature range from -30°C to +120°C.
MATERIAL & QUALITY: Composed entirely of recycled rubber granulate bound with polyurethane resin. The material is elastic, heavy, and dimensionally stable. It is rot-proof, water-permeable, vapour-permeable, and classified as flame-retardant. Both raw material production and precision cutting take place in Germany, ensuring consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.
ADVANTAGES: The high weight and strong anti-slip surface keep the mat firmly in position without additional fastening. Its exceptional flexibility reliably compensates for uneven surfaces. The material is abrasion-resistant, highly load-bearing, UV-stable, and weatherproof. It can be further trimmed on-site using a standard carpet knife for fine adjustments.
APPLICATION AREAS: Industrial uses include machine underlays, workstation mats, surface and floor protection, component storage protection, and machine elevation pads. For private and domestic use, the mat serves as decoupling layer, wood protection, furniture levelling pad, patio and garden house construction underlay, workshop mat, and base for fitness equipment or decorative items. Outdoor applications cover separation layers on roofs, terraces, and balconies, underlays for photovoltaic systems and balcony power plants, pool base protection, and fall protection surfaces.
STANDARDS & TESTING: Temperature resistant from -30°C to +120°C. Classified as flame-retardant. The recycled rubber granulate material meets requirements for building protection applications in both residential and industrial environments.
