CLEAR VIEW OF THE TABLETOP: With this crystal-clear round protector, the appearance of the covered surface remains fully visible. Wood grain, colours, patterns and other design details are not concealed. Nevertheless, the table receives a durable protective layer against scratches, dirt, abrasion and minor mechanical impacts.
45° V-EDGE: This version is manufactured with a bevelled 45-degree V-edge. The edge profile is created directly during the precision machine-cutting process and forms a clean, continuous finish. The diameter is individually cut according to the order.
MADE IN GERMANY: Both processing and precision cutting take place in Germany. Diameters from 10 cm to 150 cm and material thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 10 mm are available. This allows the transparent protective cover to be adapted to round tabletops of different sizes.
FLEXIBLE, TEAR-RESISTANT AND WEATHER-RESISTANT: The durable soft PVC is suitable for regular use in living areas, workspaces and outdoor settings. It is resistant to UV exposure and weather conditions. The intended operating temperature ranges from -15°C to +60°C.
VERSATILE APPLICATIONS: The crystal-clear protector can be used as a table cover, work surface mat or protective layer on wood, plastic and metal. Typical areas of use include dining rooms, offices, kitchens, workshops, patios and gardens. For glass tops and very smooth, lacquered or high-gloss surfaces, the frosted version is recommended to prevent visible air bubbles.
EASY TO CARE FOR AND SOUND-REDUCING: Dust and dirt can be removed quickly from the surface. The material also dampens noise and protects the tabletop against direct impacts. A characteristic material odour may briefly be noticeable after unpacking but decreases significantly after a short time. Curvature caused during shipping can be flattened by rolling the material in the opposite direction.
APPROVAL AND TECHNICAL DATA: Material: flexible soft PVC. Shape: round. Appearance: crystal clear and transparent. Edge: 45° V-edge. Material thicknesses: 1.5–10 mm. Diameter: Ø 10–150 cm, with selectable size ranges from Ø 10–20 cm to Ø 141–150 cm. Temperature resistance: -15°C to +60°C. Food contact: FCM approved. Country of manufacture: Germany.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Due to the properties of the material, a shrinkage tolerance of between 1 mm and 3 mm may occur. Depending on the incidence of light, transparent PVC protectors may appear slightly yellowish or bluish. Avoid prolonged direct contact with newspapers or other printed products, as their inks may transfer to the protective cover.
