PROFESSIONAL QUALITY / CORE FUNCTION: High-performance polyurethane extraction hose designed for the removal of dust, wood shavings, fine particles, vapours, and airborne contaminants. Each hose is precision-cut to your required length, ensuring immediate installation without additional preparation. Manufactured in Germany to the highest industrial standards.
MATERIAL & QUALITY: Constructed from transparent TPU (polyether-polyurethane) with a wall thickness of 0.4 mm. The integrated steel helix is made from spring steel wire with a copper-plated, non-jacketed finish. This combination delivers outstanding flexibility, superior abrasion resistance, and a remarkably smooth internal airflow channel for efficient material transport.
ADVANTAGES: Permanently antistatic with a surface resistance below 10⁹ Ohm, ensuring safe handling of combustible dusts. The hose remains flexible even at very low temperatures and resists hydrolysis, microbial degradation, as well as oils and fuels. The flame-retardant construction and conductive properties make it suitable for pneumatic transport of flammable dusts in ATEX-classified zones (interior: Zone 20, 21, 22).
APPLICATION AREAS: Ideal for wood dust extraction systems, industrial dust collection, fume extraction at workstations, and general ventilation. Suitable for connection to saws, milling machines, drilling machines, grinding equipment, and other machinery with exhaust air requirements. Also used in filter systems, de-dusting installations, extraction arms, and ventilation setups in agricultural and mobile environments.
STANDARDS & CERTIFICATIONS: Flame-retardant according to DIN 4102 / B1. Conforms to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU. Conductive per BGI 739-2 when the steel spiral is grounded. Compliant with TRBS 2153 / TRGS 727 and DIN 26057-1 (German BG-Holz safety requirement).
TECHNICAL DATA: Wall thickness: 0.4 mm. Operating temperature range: −40 °C to +100 °C, with short-term tolerance up to +125 °C. Maximum vacuum rating: 0.08 bar. Material: transparent polyether-polyurethane (TPU) with copper-plated spring steel wire helix.
VARIANTS: Available inner diameters range from 25 mm to 300 mm. Custom-cut lengths are available from 0.1 m to 10 m.
