About this item
100% QUALITY: diconfa EPDM cellular rubber with a foam rubber-like structure – made in Germany – without adhesive backing, approx. DIN A4 size (approx. 200 mm x 300 mm). Closed-cell construction, completely waterproof, highly elastic with strong recovery properties, solvent-free and abrasion-resistant for long-lasting durability.
VARIANTS: EPDM cellular rubber foam sheets in approx. DIN A4 format (200 × 300 mm), available in thicknesses from 1 mm to 50 mm.
MATERIAL FEATURES: Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. UV-stable, resistant to ageing and weathering, closed-cell and 100% waterproof. The flexible material reliably compensates for uneven surfaces and can be easily cut with scissors or a knife.
TECHNICAL DATA: Temperature resistance from -40 °C to +100 °C, density approx. 140 kg/m³ (± 25 kg/m³). Detailed technical information is available on request after purchase.
FUNCTIONS: Base layer, protective and cushioning element, decoupling, sound and thermal insulation, insulation against heat, cold and drafts, stop, buffer, anti-slip mat and vibration damper.
PROCESSING & APPLICATION: Suitable for industrial, professional and private applications, e.g. as a replacement or additional seal. The cellular rubber can be bonded to almost all common substrates using suitable adhesives. For best results, surfaces should be clean, dry and free of grease.
