PROFESSIONAL QUALITY / KEY FUNCTION: This rigid PVC solid sheet in natural white is manufactured to custom dimensions and offers a pore-free, silk-matte surface finish. One side is protected by a removable film to prevent scratches during transport and handling. The sheet is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications and meets high industrial quality standards.
MATERIAL & QUALITY: Made from solid rigid PVC (polyvinyl chloride) in natural white colour, this sheet provides excellent dimensional stability and mechanical strength. The material is of high-grade industrial quality with a cutting tolerance of +/- 2 mm. Minor storage marks may be present on the surface, which is typical for industrial-grade material.
ADVANTAGES: This rigid PVC sheet offers outstanding chemical resistance and is highly weather-resistant as well as UV-stable. It can be welded with excellent results and is also easy to bond, print on, and paint. The material is self-extinguishing and classified as flame-retardant according to DIN 4102 B1. For machining operations such as sawing, milling, drilling, and grinding, the use of cooling is recommended to achieve optimal results.
APPLICATIONS: Widely used across industrial and private sectors including machine and plant engineering, HVAC and ventilation systems, window and door installation, wall and facade elements, furniture construction, model building, exhibition stand construction, staircase building, handrails, food processing technology, sanitary installations, drywall construction, and electrical insulation. In private use, the sheets are ideal for architectural models, home and garden repairs, furniture elevation, spacers, buffers, and stops.
STANDARDS & CERTIFICATIONS: Classified as flame-retardant grade B1 in accordance with DIN 4102. The material is self-extinguishing and meets the requirements for use in areas where fire safety regulations apply.
