HIGH-QUALITY MATERIAL: The low-odor EPDM rubber mat is manufactured without SBR and impresses with its UV stability. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, durable, robust and “Made in Europe”. Further processing takes place in Germany. The surface is smooth on both sides and easy to bond.
ADDITIONAL VARIANTS: The EPDM rubber mat is available in widths from 1,000 mm to 1,400 mm, lengths from 50 mm to 10,000 mm and thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 20 mm.
VERSATILE USE: diconfa EPDM rubber mats are suitable for a wide range of applications in industry, logistics, trade and private environments.
APPLICATION AREAS: Whether used as a protective or machine mat, impact protection, anti-slip underlay, sealing material for roofs, carports or garages, for pond repairs or for manufacturing gaskets – EPDM offers a flexible and reliable solution.
INDOOR & OUTDOOR: Indoors, the mat can be used as furniture or shelf underlay, workbench cover, workshop or vehicle mat (footwell, trunk). Outdoors, it is commonly used for roof sealing, terrace pads, construction and ground protection, as well as sealing strips for doors, gates or trailers.
MATERIAL DATA: Surface: smooth on both sides – Color: black. The weight is approx. 1.4 kg per millimeter and square meter. The material is permanently UV-resistant and resistant to acids and alkalis.
DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCES: Thickness: ± 10 % (minimum ± 0.2 mm), width: ± 1.5 %, length: +2 %.
EASY CUTTING: The rubber mat can be easily cut using a sharp utility knife. For clean, straight cuts, we recommend using a guide rail or template.
PROCESSING: Bonding is possible with suitable adhesives on almost all clean and properly prepared surfaces.
ODOR DEVELOPMENT: EPDM is characterized by a very low inherent odor, which dissipates quickly. For sensitive users, short airing outdoors is recommended.
TECHNICAL SUITABILITY: EPDM rubber mats are designed for repair, maintenance and replacement applications in indoor and outdoor areas. The temperature range is from -30 °C to +100 °C.
