The integrated fabric layer ensures high load capacity under static and dynamic loads. The mat is precisely cut according to your individual specifications.
MATERIAL & QUALITY: High-quality rubber flooring with embedded fabric reinforcement. Material hardness is 70 ± 10 Shore A. The surface is water-draining, resilient, and provides sound and impact absorption. Temperature resistance ranges from −30 °C to +70 °C, making it suitable for long-term indoor and outdoor use.
ADVANTAGES: The surface is highly grippy and slip-resistant, ensuring safe footing. The robust underside adheres securely to smooth surfaces and can be permanently fixed with adhesive if required. The material is shock-absorbing, durable, and can be easily cut with a utility knife. Cleaning is simple with water.
APPLICATION AREAS: Animal housing and transport – horse trailers, horse stalls, cattle barns, pig pens and walkways. Protection for trailer walls, garage walls and workshops. Protective covering for van and trailer loading areas. Also suitable as workshop mats, workplace mats, garage mats, as well as for balconies, terraces, warehouses and production halls.
STANDARDS & TESTS: Hardness tested according to Shore A (70 ± 10). Temperature resistance tested from −30 °C to +70 °C. The mat is weatherproof and designed for year-round outdoor use.
