Product information "diconfa Rubber Mat DIN A4 or A5 – SBR"

MATERIAL: diconfa rubber mats made of SBR are available in DIN A4 (200x300 mm) and DIN A5 (150x200 mm) formats. They can be easily cut or processed by yourself. The SBR mats are made of industrial quality (Made in EU) and are available in thicknesses from 1 mm to 30 mm. The surface is smooth, and the underside has no adhesive layer.

QUALITY & PROPERTIES: The mats are low-odor, permanently UV-resistant, waterproof, acid- and alkali-resistant, and abrasion-resistant. Hardness: approx. 70 +/- 5 Shore A. Elongation at break: 250 %, tensile strength: 3.5 MPa. Operating temperature: -40°C to +100°C. SBR is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

SURFACE & TOLERANCES: Smooth on both sides, cutting tolerance +/- 3 mm. The mat can be cut precisely using templates or guides. It can also be glued to almost any material with suitable adhesive (a dry, dust- and grease-free surface is recommended). No airing out is required.

FUNCTIONS & APPLICATION AREAS: Versatile use for protection, insulation, decoupling, vibration damping, anti-slip function, impact protection, buffers, stops, seals, pads, safety mats, and sealing kits. Suitable for industry, logistics, construction, trades, home and garden, workshops, model making, and many other areas.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS: Ensure a dry, dust- and grease-free surface when gluing the mat. If you plan to use the material indoors, it can be helpful to store it outside for a while beforehand.
