ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS: Rubber strips are available from "diconfa – digital configuration factory" in widths from 8 mm to 1200 mm and lengths up to 10 m, as well as self-adhesive options and other materials (EPDM, NBR, etc.). TOLERANCES: The strips have a thickness tolerance of +/- 10%, but at least +/- 0.2 mm; width tolerance is +/- 1.5%, and length tolerance is +2%. CUSTOM CUTTING: The strips can be cut with a sharp utility knife. For straight cuts, we recommend using a template or guide rail. ADHESION: The material can be bonded to almost any surface using a suitable adhesive. Ensure the surface is clean. RUBBER ODOR / VENTILATION: Rubber has the typical rubber smell you may know from new car tires. This will dissipate over time. For indoor use, only prolonged airing outdoors (laid flat, frost-free, and protected from sunlight) can help reduce the odor. If you are sensitive to smells, we recommend using EPDM material for indoor use, as its odor is significantly reduced. TECHNICAL APPLICATION: The SBR rubber strips are designed for simple technical applications without high requirements regarding chemical resistance, temperature, etc. SKIN CONTACT: The material is not intended or suitable for applications involving direct contact with human skin.
