PROPERTIES: The high-grade EPDM material complies with DIN 2690, is temperature-resistant from –40 °C to +100 °C, short-term up to +120 °C, and has a hardness of 70 ±5 Shore A. It is resistant to UV radiation, ozone, weathering, acids, and bases. Thanks to its low emissions, the gasket is also suitable for sensitive areas. The material meets, among others, VW standards 2.8.1 and G70. Technical data sheets are available upon request.

APPLICATIONS: The EPDM flat gasket is perfectly suited for sealing pipes, hoses, lines, and flange connections. It is resistant to water, acids, and bases – ideal for technical applications in plumbing, industry, or DIY projects. Not suitable for use with oil or fuels.

FUNCTIONS: The diconfa rubber profiles can be used in industry, logistics, commercial, and private applications (e.g., as underlay, padding, decoupling, insulation, soundproofing, damping, seals, etc.). ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS: Rubber strips are available from "diconfa – digital configuration factory" in widths from 8 mm to 1200 mm and lengths up to 10 m, as well as self-adhesive options and other materials (EPDM, NBR, etc.). TOLERANCES: The strips have a thickness tolerance of +/- 10%, but at least +/- 0.2 mm; width tolerance is +/- 1.5%, and length tolerance is +2%. CUSTOM CUTTING: The strips can be cut with a sharp utility knife. For straight cuts, we recommend using a template or guide rail. ADHESION: The material can be bonded to almost any surface using a suitable adhesive. Ensure the surface is clean.
