The material is 100 % waterproof, one-sided self-adhesive, and reinforced with a grid-backed acrylic adhesive, ensuring strong adhesion on almost all surfaces. Closed-cell structure provides high compressibility, strong resilience, and minimal permanent deformation. Made in Germany to the highest quality standards.

ENERGY SAVING: With a high density of 140 kg/m³, the material effectively insulates against drafts and heat loss. Used on doors and windows, it can significantly reduce heating costs.

FUNCTIONS: Stops drafts, protects against dust and insects, and provides reliable sealing against heat, cold, water, wind, and noise. Extremely durable, it can be compressed up to 20 % locally (e.g., 5 mm to 1 mm) without losing stability.

APPLICATION AREAS: Suitable for windows, doors, bathrooms, showers, sinks, and as underlay for multiwall or glass panels on terraces, canopies, garden sheds, or roofs. Also ideal as corner protection, edge sealing, or cushioning tape for technical applications.

MATERIAL PROPERTIES: Weather-resistant, UV-stable, mold-resistant, and durable. Easy to cut, odorless, solvent-free, abrasion-resistant, sound-insulating, heat-resistant. Compensates uneven surfaces, compressible for reliable sealing, 100 % waterproof. The grid-reinforced adhesive ensures the material stays in place even under heavy stress.

GLUING: Remove the protective film before adhesion. The strip can be repositioned initially. For curves, choose thinner material (up to 25 mm diameter → 1 mm, up to 50 mm → 2 mm). Universally adheres to wood, metal, plastic, glass, concrete, stone, painted surfaces, or rubber.

100% QUALITY: The SBR rubber strip is weather-resistant, durable, flexible, and versatile. The narrow rubber mats are smooth on both sides, easy to bond, and manufactured in Germany. FUNCTIONS: The diconfa rubber profiles can be used in industry, logistics, commercial, and private applications (e.g., as underlay, padding, decoupling, insulation, soundproofing, damping, seals, etc.). ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS: Rubber strips are available from "diconfa – digital configuration factory" in widths from 8 mm to 1200 mm and lengths up to 10 m, as well as self-adhesive options and other materials (EPDM, NBR, etc.). TOLERANCES: The strips have a thickness tolerance of +/- 10%, but at least +/- 0.2 mm; width tolerance is +/- 1.5%, and length tolerance is +2%.
