Our custom-made rubber strips offer a wide range of uses for industry, trade and private applications. Whether for sealing, damping, insulating or protecting - at diconfa you can obtain individually cut rubber strips by the meter in various rubber qualities, thicknesses and widths. For example, you can choose between self-adhesive versions or classic EPDM, SBR and NBR rubber strips.
diconfa Oil-Resistant NBR Rubber Strips - made to measure
100% QUALITY: The rubber strips are made from high-quality NBR/SBR material and manufactured in Europe. They are resistant to oil and gasoline.
FUNCTIONS: The diconfa PROFILINE rubber strips are suitable for industrial, commercial, and private use. They can be easily cut, laid, or further processed as needed.
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS: Rubber strips are available from "diconfa – digital configuration factory" in widths from 8 mm to 1200 mm and lengths up to 10 m, including self-adhesive versions and other materials (SBR, EPDM, etc.).
CUSTOM CUTTING: The strips can be cut with a sharp utility knife. For straight cuts, we recommend using a guide rail or template.
APPLICATION AREAS: Typical applications include furniture underlay, shelf liners, workshop mats, tool pads, workbench covers, or in vehicles – for example as floor mats or trunk mats. They are also suitable for sealing in garages or workshops.

100% QUALITY: Made from pure EPDM (without SBR), resulting in minimal rubber odor. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Permanently weather-resistant, UV-stable, flexible, robust, and versatile.
VERSATILE FUNCTION: The diconfa PROFILINE rubber strips are ideal for applications in industry, logistics, crafts, and private use. Thanks to their narrow shape, they are easy to lay or further process individually.
ADDITIONAL VARIANTS: diconfa offers rubber strips in widths from 8 mm to 800 mm, lengths up to 10 m, optionally self-adhesive, and in different materials such as SBR or EPDM – for maximum flexibility.
PRECISE TOLERANCES: Thickness: ±10% (at least ±0.2 mm), width: ±1.5%, length: +2%.
FLEXIBLE CUTTING: The strips can be easily cut with a sharp utility knife. For straight cuts, we recommend using a guide rail or template.
ADHESION: The material can be fixed to almost any clean surface using suitable adhesive. Please ensure the surface is properly prepared.
ODOR & VENTILATION: As typical for fresh rubber, an initial odor may occur (similar to new tires). This will dissipate over time. For sensitive noses or indoor use, prolonged airing outdoors (flat, frost-free, shaded) is recommended. Alternatively, EPDM is suggested as it has significantly less odor.
TECHNICAL APPLICATION: The diconfa PROFILINE rubber strips are designed for simple technical applications without special requirements regarding chemical resistance or extreme temperatures.

100% QUALITY: The SBR rubber strip is weatherproof, durable, flexible, and versatile. The narrow rubber mats are smooth on both sides, can be easily bonded, and are manufactured in Germany.
FUNCTIONS: The diconfa rubber profiles can be used in industry, logistics, commercial, and private applications (e.g., padding, underlay, decoupling, insulation, soundproofing, damping, seals, etc.).
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS: At "diconfa – digital configuration factory," rubber strips are available in widths from 8 mm to 1200 mm and lengths up to 10 m, as well as in other materials (EPDM, NBR, etc.).
TOLERANCES: The strips have a thickness tolerance of +/- 10 %, but at least +/- 0.2 mm. The width tolerance is +/- 1.5 %, and the length tolerance is +2 %.
CUSTOM CUTTING: The strips can be cut individually using a sharp utility knife. For straight cuts, we recommend using a template or guide rail.
BONDING: The material can be bonded to almost any surface using a suitable adhesive. Make sure the surface is clean.
RUBBER ODOR / VENTILATION: Rubber has a characteristic odor, similar to that of new car tires. This will dissipate over time. For indoor use, longer ventilation outdoors (flat, frost-free, and protected from sunlight) is recommended. For odor-sensitive individuals, EPDM is recommended for indoor use as it has a significantly milder smell.
TECHNICAL APPLICATION: The SBR rubber strips are designed for simple technical applications without high requirements for chemical resistance, temperature, etc.
SKIN CONTACT: The material is not intended for applications involving direct contact with human skin.
