PROPERTIES: The rubber mat is smooth on both sides, abrasion-resistant, and highly durable. Furthermore, it is non-slip and long-lasting. It is perfectly suited for permanent use in a wide range of environments. OTHER PRODUCTS: The rubber mats are available in diameters from 100 – 1,300 mm and in thicknesses from 0.5 – 30 mm. They are also offered in self-adhesive versions and made from other materials. MATERIAL: diconfa rubber mats made of SBR, NBR/SBR, or EPDM are available in DIN A4 (200x300 mm) and DIN A5 (150x200 mm) sizes. They can be easily cut or processed by hand. EPDM mats are industrial quality (Made in EU) and come in thicknesses from 1 mm to 30 mm. The surface is smooth, and the underside has no adhesive layer. For sealing against oil, petrol, or fuels, NBR/SBR is recommended, as EPDM is not resistant. DELIVERY CONTENT: The rubber cut is delivered in the desired quantity, material type, and thickness. Quantity and material can be adjusted to the intended application. Example weight: approx. 2.6 kg/m² for 2 mm thickness including packaging. QUALITY & PROPERTIES: The mats are low-odor, UV-resistant, water-tight, acid- and alkali-resistant, and abrasion-resistant. Hardness: approx. 70 +/- 5 Shore A. Elongation at break: 250 %, tensile strength: 3.5 MPa. Operating temperature: -40°C to +100°C. EPDM is suitable for indoor and outdoor use; NBR/SBR is recommended for chemical resistance to oils and fuels. SURFACE & TOLERANCES: Smooth on both sides, cutting tolerance +/- 3 mm. The mat can be cut with a utility knife; templates or guides help achieve precise cuts. Can be bonded with a suitable adhesive to almost any material (surface should be dry, dust-free, and degreased). No airing required. Frequently Asked Questions

SBR rubber mats are versatile and mainly used indoors. They are suitable for floors, workstations, or as machine mats where there is no constant exposure to oil or intense UV radiation.

Only to a limited extent. They withstand moisture and normal loads well, but are less resistant to UV and ozone. For applications permanently outdoors, we recommend EPDM mats instead.

No, SBR is sensitive to mineral oils and fuels. For oil-exposed environments, NBR rubber mats are the right choice.

They are generally flexible for use between –40 °C and +70 °C. Higher temperatures can affect the material structure.
