100% QUALITY: Circular rubber mat made of NBR/SBR. No imports from the Far East – genuine PROFESSIONAL quality. PROPERTIES: The rubber mat is highly resistant to oil, gasoline, fuels, greases, and lubricants. It is dimensionally stable, non-slip, and durable. The surface is robust and designed for long-term use in demanding environments. INDUSTRIAL USE: As a workplace mat, machine base, protective mat, or floor covering – ideal for protecting sensitive surfaces or as an underlay for stored components, machines, or tools. Also suitable for decoupling, vibration damping, and as a stop or spacer element. MATERIAL: diconfa rubber mats made of SBR, NBR/SBR, or EPDM are available in DIN A4 (200x300 mm) and DIN A5 (150x200 mm) sizes. They can be easily cut or processed by hand. EPDM mats are industrial quality (Made in EU) and come in thicknesses from 1 mm to 30 mm. The surface is smooth, and the underside has no adhesive layer. For sealing against oil, petrol, or fuels, NBR/SBR is recommended, as EPDM is not resistant. DELIVERY CONTENT: The rubber cut is delivered in the desired quantity, material type, and thickness. Quantity and material can be adjusted to the intended application. Example weight: approx. 2.6 kg/m² for 2 mm thickness including packaging. QUALITY & PROPERTIES: The mats are low-odor, UV-resistant, water-tight, acid- and alkali-resistant, and abrasion-resistant. Hardness: approx. 70 +/- 5 Shore A. Elongation at break: 250 %, tensile strength: 3.5 MPa. Operating temperature: -40°C to +100°C. EPDM is suitable for indoor and outdoor use; NBR/SBR is recommended for chemical resistance to oils and fuels. SURFACE & TOLERANCES: Smooth on both sides, cutting tolerance +/- 3 mm. The mat can be cut with a utility knife; templates or guides help achieve precise cuts. Can be bonded with a suitable adhesive to almost any material (surface should be dry, dust-free, and degreased). No airing required. FUNCTIONS & APPLICATION AREAS: Versatile use for protection, insulation, decoupling, vibration dampening, anti-slip, impact protection, bumpers, seals, underlays, safety mats, and sealing kits. NBR is significantly more resistant to oils, fats, and fuels. SBR offers a good price-performance ratio for general-purpose applications, while EPDM is better suited for weather-resistant outdoor use.

Only to a limited extent. NBR is less UV- and ozone-resistant. For applications with constant sun exposure, we recommend EPDM.

Typically, they withstand temperatures from –20 °C to +100 °C. This makes the mats suitable for technical applications involving higher temperatures.

Yes, they withstand many chemicals and lubricants. However, there are limitations with strong acids or solvents.
