MATERIAL: diconfa rubber sheets made of EPDM are available in DIN A4 (200x300 mm) and DIN A5 (150x200 mm). They can be easily cut or customized. Made from high-quality industrial grade (Made in EU), sheets are available in thicknesses from 1 mm to 30 mm. Smooth surface, underside without adhesive layer. EPDM provides excellent UV and weather resistance, as well as resistance to ozone, acids, and alkalis – ideal for indoor and outdoor use. QUALITY & PROPERTIES: Low-odor, waterproof, permanently UV-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant, abrasion-resistant. Hardness: approx. 70 +/- 5 Shore A. Elongation at break: 250%, tensile strength: 3.5 MPa. Operating temperature: -40°C to +100°C. EPDM is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications but not resistant to oil, petrol, or fuels. SURFACE & TOLERANCES: Smooth on both sides, cutting tolerance +/- 3 mm. Can be easily cut with a utility knife; templates or guides help precise work. Can be bonded to almost any material with suitable adhesive (dry, clean, grease-free surface recommended). No airing-out required. FUNCTIONS & APPLICATIONS: Versatile for protection, insulation, decoupling, vibration damping, anti-slip surfaces, impact protection, buffers, stops, seals, pads, safety mats and gasket sets. Ideal for industry, construction, crafts, workshop, home & garden, logistics or model building – wherever UV and weather resistance is needed. WARNINGS: Not suitable for oil, petrol, or other fuels. Use proper cutting tools and handle with care.
