DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCES: Thickness: ± 10 % (minimum ± 0.2 mm), width: ± 1.5 %, length: +2 %. EASY CUTTING: The rubber mat can be easily cut using a sharp utility knife. For clean, straight cuts, we recommend using a guide rail or template. PROCESSING: Bonding is possible with suitable adhesives on almost all clean and properly prepared surfaces. ODOR DEVELOPMENT: EPDM is characterized by a very low inherent odor, which dissipates quickly. For sensitive users, short airing outdoors is recommended. TECHNICAL SUITABILITY: EPDM rubber mats are designed for repair, maintenance and replacement applications in indoor and outdoor areas. The temperature range is from -30 °C to +100 °C.

EPDM provides excellent UV and weather resistance, as well as resistance to ozone, acids, and alkalis – ideal for indoor and outdoor use. Elongation at break: 250%, tensile strength: 3.5 MPa. Operating temperature: -40°C to +100°C. EPDM is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications but not resistant to oil, petrol, or fuels. SURFACE & TOLERANCES: Smooth on both sides, cutting tolerance +/- 3 mm. Can be easily cut with a utility knife; templates or guides help precise work. Can be bonded to almost any material with suitable adhesive (dry, clean, grease-free surface recommended). No airing-out required.
