Frequently Asked Questions

Die Feinriefenmatte zeichnet sich durch ihre extrem dichte, längs verlaufende Rillenstruktur aus. Diese feine Riefelung sorgt für eine optimale Antirutschwirkung in Gehrichtung und bietet eine stabile, sichere Oberfläche – selbst bei leichter Feuchtigkeit. Da die Matte als Gummiläufer in Bahnen verlegt wird, schützt sie den Untergrund entlang von Fluren und Gängen effektiv vor Abrieb und Beschädigung.

Diese Unterscheidung ist für den Einsatzort essenziell:

  • Standard-Feinriefenmatten (oft aus SBR-Gummi) eignen sich hervorragend für trockene Innenbereiche, Flure und allgemeine Laufwege. Sie bieten eine gute Abriebfestigkeit.

  • Die ölbeständigen Feinriefenmatten (meist aus Nitrilkautschuk (NBR) oder hochwertigem SBR/CR-Gemisch) wurden speziell für den Einsatz in Werkstätten, auf Maschinenbetten oder in Industrieumgebungen entwickelt. Sie sind beständig gegen Öle, Fette, Kühlschmierstoffe und viele Chemikalien, wodurch sie sich dort nicht auflösen oder aufquellen.

Wir bieten Feinriefenmatten an, die aufgrund ihrer Materialzusammensetzung (Gummi) grundsätzlich witterungsbeständig sind. Allerdings empfehlen wir für den dauerhaften, ungeschützten Außeneinsatz speziellere Gummimischungen mit hohem UV-Schutz, um ein vorzeitiges Verspröden zu vermeiden. Unsere Standard-Matten eignen sich jedoch sehr gut für überdachte Außenbereiche oder temporären Schutz.

Alle unsere Feinriefenmatten werden als Rollenware verkauft und können von uns direkt auf Ihre gewünschte Länge nach Maß zugeschnitten werden. Sie definieren die benötigten Maße im Konfigurator. Wir empfehlen, bei der Bestellung von Gummiläufern immer einen kleinen Puffer für die Endmontage einzuplanen, um Passgenauigkeit zu garantieren und Verschnitt zu minimieren.

In den meisten Fällen ist keine Verklebung notwendig. Aufgrund des Eigengewichts und der Materialdichte liegen die Feinriefenmatten sehr plan und rutschfest auf. Wir empfehlen die lose Verlegung. Eine Verklebung ist nur bei extrem langen Bahnen, bei Verlegung auf glatten Steigungen oder wenn die Matte durch schwere Maschinen befahren wird, ratsam.

Die Riefenstruktur dient in erster Linie der Antirutschfunktion und der Entwässerung. Obwohl die Rillen groben Schmutz binden können, ist die Feinriefenmatte primär als Gummiläufer für das Begehen und den Schutz gedacht. Grobschmutzmatten (wie unsere Ringgummimatten) sind besser für die erste Schmutzaufnahme in Eingangsbereichen geeignet.

Als Gummiläufer bietet die Feinriefenmatte einen deutlichen Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsumgebung. Das Material dämpft Trittschall und reduziert Lärmbelästigung in hallenden Umgebungen. Zudem bietet die Elastizität des Gummis eine leichte Federung, die die Gelenke der Mitarbeiter entlastet und so zur Ermüdungsreduzierung bei langen Stehzeiten beiträgt.
