Ideal for snowplows, tractors, forklifts, or construction machinery – Made in Germany. Made of polyurethane (PU, 80–90° Shore), it is extremely wear-resistant, UV-stable, and suitable for continuous industrial use. (Color may vary) SIZES: Available widths: 80, 100, 150, and 200 mm. Thicknesses: 10, 12, 15, and 20 mm. Lengths from 500 to 2,000 mm. PROCESSING: Profiline scraper blades are precisely cut and delivered unbored. Holes can easily be drilled using standard tools (drill or screwdriver). Accurate, perfectly fitting, and easy to install. FUNCTIONS: The diconfa Profiline scraper blade reliably protects the clearing edge, reduces vibration and wear, and ensures clean clearing results. Also usable as impact protection, stopper, wiper, or wear guard. APPLICATION AREAS: Snowplows, snow shovels, winter service vehicles, tractors, forklifts, trucks, crawlers, excavators, construction machinery, yard and parking lot clearing, and industrial facilities. FOR PLANTS AND MACHINES: Ideal as side guide or edge protection for conveyor belts, wiper or wear protection in industrial applications (e.g., mining, material handling, waste management, food production). SURFACE: Smooth on both sides, cleanly cut, and ready for installation. TOLERANCES: Length/width ±1.5%, thickness ±10% (minimum ±0.2 mm). CUSTOM CUTTING: Can easily be shortened if needed. For straight cuts, we recommend using a solid ruler or cutting guide. SMELL / MATERIAL NOTE: Rubber may initially have a characteristic odor that fades over time. For indoor use, allow the product to air out in a dry, shaded area. TECHNICAL APPLICATION: Basic for simple applications, Premium for medium loads, Profiline (PU) for intensive and long-term use under heavy wear.
