MATERIAL: Reinz AFM30 – high-quality, asbestos-free fiber gasket material with excellent pressure and temperature resistance up to 250 bar and 250 °C. Approved according to DIN-DVGW for water applications, BAM-tested, certified by German Lloyd, and compliant with DIN 30653 (formerly VP 401). DELIVERY CONTENT: AFM30 gasket ring with dimensions 200 × 300 mm, available in thicknesses from 0.3 to 3 mm. Sizes and quantities can be adjusted as needed. SEAL PROPERTIES: Made of durable fiber material – asbestos-free, dimensionally stable, and adaptable. The material offers excellent mechanical and thermal strength and is suitable for reliable sealing of gases and liquids. APPLICATION: Ideal for sealing gear oil, hydraulic oil, fuels, motor oil, water (also with antifreeze and corrosion inhibitors), refrigerants, Freons, alkalis, and various solvents. Perfect for industrial use under changing conditions. FIELDS OF USE: Versatile for use in combustion engines, machines, equipment, gearboxes, gas meters, compressors, piping systems, fittings, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems (compressed air). Fiber gaskets are made from specially compressed fibrous materials, often combined with binders and additives to provide resistance to temperature, pressure, and various media.
