Accessibility Statement pursuant to § 12 BGG

diconfa GmbH is committed to making its website www.diconfa.de accessible. The relevant legal frameworks are the Federal Disability Equality Act (BGG) and the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0).

In the future, we will also take into account the requirements of the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG), which will apply from June 28, 2025, to private sector entities in the digital field.

1. Status of compliance with the requirements

At the current stage, this website is not fully accessible in all areas. We are continuously working to reduce existing barriers within the scope of our technical and editorial capacities.

2. Non-accessible content

Parts of the content on www.diconfa.de are currently not yet fully accessible. This applies in particular to:

  • visual content that contains text information, without this being provided in machine-readable form via equivalent alternative texts.
  • Individual graphic control elements without sufficient textual description.
  • Partially limited keyboard navigation in certain areas.
  • Documents (e.g. PDF files) that have not yet been prepared in an accessible way.
  • Color contrasts and focus indicators that do not consistently meet the recommended standards.

We are committed to gradually improving accessibility in these areas.
