PROFESSIONAL QUALITY: Precision-manufactured brass round bar, cut exactly to the specified dimensions. Each bar is perfectly straight and machined to tight h9 diameter tolerance. Both ends are fully deburred for immediate use in further machining or assembly operations.

MATERIAL & QUALITY: High-quality brass alloy CW614N (Ms58 / CuZn39Pb3), bright drawn solid round stock manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 12164 / EN 1982. The surface is fully bright and free of residues or adhesions. This is solid full-material bar stock, not hollow tubing. The material is non-magnetic.

ADVANTAGES: CW614N brass offers outstanding machinability for turning, milling, drilling, grinding, and sawing operations. The alloy provides excellent solderability, good corrosion resistance, and reliable dimensional accuracy. Its lead content ensures clean chip breaking during CNC and manual machining processes, making it highly suitable for automated production environments.

APPLICATIONS: Widely used in mechanical and plant engineering, CNC turned parts, construction components, sanitary fittings, and valve bodies. Typical finished parts include shafts, gears, fasteners, bushings, window and door hardware, screws, bolts, sleeves, threaded inserts, spacers, axles, and decorative elements. Also suitable for model building, craft projects, and prototype development.

STANDARDS & SPECIFICATIONS: Manufactured to DIN EN 12164 / EN 1982. Diameter tolerance class h9. Cutting tolerance is +/- 2 mm on length. All dimensions are specified in millimeters (mm). The material may exhibit minor storage marks or identification markings.
